INGREDIENTS FOR HAR GOW

  • 1101 – Hokkaido Medium Prawn, 150g
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp minced bamboo shoots
  • 1pc Egg
  • Har Gow skin wrapper (1pc for 1 Har Gow)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the diced prawns and the rest of the ingredients together. Stir to combine well or until the filling becomes sticky. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. To wrap the dumplings, place 1 teaspoon of the Shrimp Filling on the center of the wrapper. Fold up to form a half moon shape and start pleating and folding the dumpling from one end.
  3. Steam for 10-12 mins (check time again)
