INGREDIENTS FOR HEALTHY SALAD BOWL

  • 1101 – Hokkaido Medium Prawn, 5pcs
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry basil
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets.
  • 1pc avocado
  • 6pcs cherry tomato
  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add prawns, crushed pepper, olive oil and basil together and mix well.
  2. Saute the prawns until cook through.
  3. Blanch the broccoli for a minute in salted water.
  4. Slice cherry tomatoes in half, and avocado into slices.
  5. Arrange everything in a bowl, using the lettuce as the base. Top with shrimp, broccoli, avocado, olives and sesame seeds.
  6. Dress the salad with lemon vinaigrette.
