INGREDIENTS FOR SAMBAL SEAFOOD PETAI

  • 2pcs Hokkaido Flower Squid (1104)
  • 1/4 pkt Sambal Paste
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1101 – Hokkaido Medium Prawn, 6pcs
  • 1104 – Hokkaido Flower Squid, 6pcs
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice into finger size.
  2. Heat frying pan and add sambal paste and water.
  3. Cut Hokkaido Flower Squid (1104) into finger size. Adding Hokkaido Medium Prawn (1101) & Hokkaido Flower Squid (1104). (Thawed)
  4. Add Petai beans.
  5. Add red and green capsicum slices.
  6. Stir fry and cook through.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze lime juice over.
