INGREDIENTS FOR VIETNAMESE WRAP

  • 1/4 Head of Lettuce
  • 5 pcs Rice wrapper
  • 1 serving of rice vermicelli
  • 1101 – Hokkaido Medium Prawn, 10pcs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dip one wrapper into the water for 1 second to soften. Lay wrapper flat and place a handful of lettuce, leaving about 2 inches uncovered on each side.
  2. Place noodles in boiling water for about 30secs.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Place a handful of vermicelli on top of the lettuce.
  5. Place OKK prawns in boiling water for about 30 seconds.
  6. Drain and set aside.
  7. In a row across the center of the wrapper, place 3 prawns
  8. Fold uncovered sides inward, then tightly roll the wrapper, beginning at the end with the lettuce. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  9. Serve with peanut dipping sauce/sweet chili sauce on the side.
